Food and Nutrition Services (Food Stamps)

Food and Nutrition Services is a federal supplemental food assistance program designed to help eligible low-income families or individuals buy food. Families must meet income, residence, citizenship, and work rules. If you buy and cook your food separately from others living with you, you may be able to apply as a separate household.

Another Food and Nutrition program offered by DSS includes the Simplified Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP).  Learn more by clicking here.
