All interested persons please take notice that the Granville County Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the Granville Expo & Convention Center, 4185 Highway 15, Oxford, NC. The purpose of the Special Meeting is regarding the American Rescue Plan funding.

Sound Rivers will host a Tar River cleanup in memory of longtime Environmental Affairs Committee member Marshall Floyd on Saturday, April 30.
Marshall was a longtime volunteer who was passionate about protecting the Tar River and our other local waterways. He was an avid canoeist, environmentalist and more.
Throw on some clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, and come on out to keep the trash from your beautiful waterways!
