Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM, Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at the Granville County Development Office; 122 Williamsboro Street, Oxford, NC 27565 for single prime bids.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 beginning at 10:00AM at the site, 143 Williamsboro Street, Oxford, NC 27565. 

Work included in the project is listed below:

Interior alterations to the existing 3,308 sf space at Granville County Government Complex, 143 Williamsboro Street, Oxford, NC 27565 for the proposed location of the Granville County Department of Social Services, Child Services office in Oxford, NC to include selective demolition, new partitions, doors, finishes, and electrical modifications.

Plans and Project Manual may be obtained electronically by emailing the office of Stephen T. Baxter, Architect PLLC at STBaxter.ARCH@outlook.com.  All project documents will be transmitted electronically.

The State Department of Administration requires participation by minority or women-owned businesses according to General Statue 143-128.1(a).

Granville County as owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.
