Re-Inspection and Single Trade Permit Fees Online Pay

If you are interested in paying Re-inspection fees to the Granville County Inspection Department, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Call the Inspections Department at 919-603-1326 to check the amount of re-inspection fees that are due. You need to have your permit number ready.

Step 2: After your fee amount is confirmed by our department, you can submit your payment online.  Select payment type as: Re-inspection Fee.  YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PERMIT NUMBER TO SUBMIT ONLINE.  Any online payments made over the weekend will not be approved until the following business day. 

Step 3: Once you have completed your online payment, you must call the Inspections Department at 919-603-1326 to verify payment has been approved and to schedule inspection.

 

If you are interested in paying Single Trade Permit fees to the Granville County Inspection Department, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Email a completed application to tracy.brown@granvillecounty.org and kathy.morris@granvillecounty.org

Step 2: Once your permit has been processed, we will email you a permit number and the fee amount that is due. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PERMIT NUMBER TO SUBMIT ONLINE.   Select permit type as Single Trade Permit Fee.

Step 3: Once you have completed your online payment and payment has been approved, we will email a copy of permit to you.

Accepted forms of payment include: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  A convenience fee will apply to online payment.  This fee is not collected by the County; it is a charge by the payment processing company.  The following convenience fees apply:

  • Credit Card      2.6%
  • Debit Card        1.5%
  • Business Card  3.0%

**$1.95 minimum fee
