The Granville County Department of Social Services will observe and celebrate Alzheimer’s Awareness Day on June 21 with an art display. Artwork is requested from the public to include in exhibits throughout the county, Senior citizens or those who know someone who has been impacted by Alzheimer’s are asked to participate by submitting artwork to be displayed at branches of the Granville County Library, the Granville County Courthouse and the lobby of the Department of Services Building.
