Low-Impact Aerobics

No jumping is involved in this class, but participants will find that they move and feel better than they have in a long while. This class, which consists of 30-minute of aerobics, 20 minutes of muscle toning/strengthening and 10 minutes of stretching/cooldown works on all of the muscles used daily. 

          Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 9 a.m. – 10 a.m., Oxford

          Tuesday and Thursday: 9 a.m. – 10 a.m., Creedmoor
