Expo & Convention Center Online Payments

To reserve the Granville County Expo and Convention Center, please follow the required 3-step process outlined below:

STEP ONE.

Call the County Manager’s Office at (919) 693-5240 for available dates. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.

STEP TWO.

After your preferred date is confirmed, submit your payment within 48 hours of the reservation and complete the rental agreement.  Any online payments during the course of a weekend will NOT be approved until the following business day, when confirmation can be made by Granville County Administration.

Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and e-Check. A convenience fee (a charge set by the payment processing company) will apply and be added to the online payment. The fee is not collected by Granville County Government.

The following convenience fees apply:

Debit Card*            1.5%
Business Card*        3%
e-Check               $1.95
* $1.95 minimum fee

Granville County does not accept partial payments for Expo Center rentals. You must pay the deposit and rental fee in full in order to make a reservation.

NOTICE: Submitting a payment online IS NOT a reservation. You must call the County Manager’s Office to first make and confirm your reservation.

 

STEP THREE.   

After payment has been submitted, you must complete the rental agreement.

Rental agreements must be confirmed by Granville County Administration as part of the reservation process. Rental agreements can be emailed to patrice.wilkerson@granvillecounty.org or hand delivered to the County Manager’s Office located at 141 Williamsboro Street, Oxford, NC 27565.  You will be notified once your payment has been processed and the rental agreement has been approved.
