The Granville County Human Relations Commission will hold its Diversity Reception and Awards Program on Monday, November 14, 2016 at the Granville County Expo and Convention Center, 4185 US Hwy 15 South, Oxford, NC.  The program will start at 6:30 p.m.  Dorothy Stewart Crowe will be the speaker. Heavy hors d’oeuvres with refreshments will be served.  The event is free and open to the public.

Low Income Energy Assistance Program @ North Granville Senior Center

Carolyn Trappiel, Income Maintenance Supervisor with the Granville County Department of Social Services, will be at all three of our centers this month.  Mrs. Trappiel will be explaining the NC Low Income Energy Assistance Program.  She will tell us how this program works and explain how individuals can qualify.  She will be at the North Granville Senior Center in Stovall on Tuesday, November 22 at 11:00 a.m. She will return to all three centers in December to take applications for interested persons.
