The Kerr-Tar Advisory Council on Aging shall have responsibility for assistance in developing an innovative plan for the delivery of services to all older persons in the project area. The Council shall provide expertise, make policy recommendations, continue to update knowledge of needs and gaps in service to older adults, and maintain liaison and communication lines with older adults, participating agencies and the general population of the project area.
