Can I name my driveway?
Any private drive that is over 300 ft long can be named. Driveways shared by 3 or more residences are required to be named.
If my driveway is named, do I have to change my address?
Yes. If your driveway is named, you will receive a letter with your new house number and the steps to take to change your address. The county will install the new street sign.
When can I get an address for my property?
An address can be assigned as soon as the driveway location is identified.
