On November 19, 2024, Ashlee Adams, by counsel, submitted Election Protests
(collectively, the “Protests”) to the Granville County Board of Elections (the “Board”)
regarding the contest for North Carolina Senate District 18 alleging as follows:

 

1. Protest No. 1: Deceased Voter Protest (see attached Exhibit A)
2. Protest No. 2: Improperly Registered Voters Protest (see attached Exhibit B)

 

On November 22, 2024, the Board held an Emergency Preliminary Consideration
Meeting and determined that the Protests substantially comply with N.C. Gen. Stat. § 163-
182.9.1

 

As required by N.C. Gen. Stat. § 163-182.10(b)(2) and 08 NCAC 02 .0110(d), the
Board hereby gives notice of hearing on the Protests to occur on Monday, December 2,
2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at Granville County Superior Court, 101 Main Street,
Oxford, NC 27565.

day of November, 2024.
