Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Granville County Senior Center” will be received by Granville County at the Granville County Administration Office Conference, 104 Belle Street, Oxford, NC 27565, until 3:00 P.M., on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Granville County Senior Center. Bidders shall be advised of the results. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.
An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at 10:00 am at the Granville County Stovall Library, located at 300 Main Street, Stovall, NC. This meeting will address project-specific questions, issues, bidding procedures, and bid forms.
Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for a $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies.
