The Granville County Board of Commissioners, at their meeting on Monday, May 17, 2021, will hold a quasi-judicial hearing at 7:00 p.m. or later at the Granville Expo and Convention Center, 4185 US Highway 15 South, Oxford, N.C. 27565.
The purpose of the quasi-judicial hearing is to hear public comments on the following special use application:

CitySwitch, LLC is requesting a special use permit to place a 199’ monopole wireless communication tower with a fenced equipment compound on property owned by Curtis Yancey and Thomas Yancey. The property is located off of US Hwy 15 North near the North Carolina/Virginia State Line. The property is zoned Agricultural Residential 40 (AR-40). The property that the wireless communication tower would be located on is specifically identified as tax parcel map number #103100451872.
