On Wednesday, September 13th at 10 a.m., NC Insurance Commissioner and State Fire Marshall, Mike Causey, will be at the Granville County Senior Center in Oxford to conduct a Town Hall meeting that will be open to the public. We would like to extend an invitation to each of you to join us for this event. Commissioner Causey will be here to talk about services offered by the NC Department of Insurance. SHIIP (Seniors’ Health Insurance Information Program) representatives will also be here to talk about Medicare and Extra Help.
Refreshments will be served starting at 9:15 a.m., and Commissioner Causey is scheduled to speak at 10:00 a.m. Commissioner Smith will be introducing Mr. Causey. If you are planning to attend, please call Granville County Senior Service to register at (919) 693-1930.
