Mulch can be purchased from the Oxford C & D Landfill or the Butner Material Management Facility for $10 per scoop (cost includes materials and loading fee for any truck size). Scale house attendants will direct you to the mulch pile and notify the loader operator.
Mulch can be obtained at the Butner Facility M – F 7:30 am – 3:00 pm and Sat. 8:00 am – 3:00 pm and the Oxford Landfill M – F 7:30 am – 4:00 pm and Sat. 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
