This class is for the experienced yoga practitioner. We begin the class with 20 minutes of meditation and then go on to explore more advanced yoga poses. Often times we move through a vinyasa and also practice restorative yoga. We end with a savasana.
Wednesday – 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Oxford
This class is for someone who has never done yoga or who is coming back to yoga. We use mats and chairs depending on each person’s ability. Each move is explained and we start and end with a short meditation.
Monday – 11:30 p.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Oxford
