A workout with no sweat! You do not need to know how to swim to join this class. While water aerobics will give anyone a great workout, it is particularly beneficial for persons unable to tolerate the impact of land-based exercise such as walking, running or aerobics. Persons with back pain, arthritis, lower body balance problems, foot and knee problems, or who are very over weight will find they are able to move in the water much easier and with less or no pain thanks to the buoyancy of the water.
