This class is a combination of Low Impact Aerobics and Stretch & Wiggle. Participants are free to do as much or as little as they wish. We start with 10 minutes of aerobics (which can be done standing or sitting), move to chair exercises designed for strengthening muscles and gently moving joints. We finish up with stretching and breathing for stress relief and increasing ease of movement.
