No jumping involved in this class, but what will happen is that you will find that you move and feel better than you have in a long while. This class works on all of the muscles that you use in your daily life. It consists of a 30-minute aerobic section, 20 minutes of muscle toning and strengthening and 10 minutes of stretching and cool down.
