Membership in Creative Lifelong Learning

Anyone who participates in any class, activity, event or trip offered through Creative Lifelong Learning must be a member of the program. There is an annual fee of $10.00 for Granville County Seniors to be a part of this group. The annual fee for non-seniors and residents of other counties is $12.00.

Registration Process

All activities, classes and events require registration. All programs with a fee must be paid in full at registration. Be sure to register early, during each registration period, as many programs have limited space! For more information, call 919-693-1930.

Don’t Wait

Please register early to allow us time to plan appropriately. Often we may be able to accommodate those on waiting lists by increasing class size or establishing additional classes. Classes that do not meet their minimum enrollment are generally cancelled. You could make the difference.

Age Requirements for Programs

Creative Lifelong Learning is open to Granville County adults, aged 50+ for early registration. All programs for CLL take place at the Granville County Senior Center at 107 Lanier St. in Oxford unless otherwise noted. *Non-Senior adults and non-Granville Residents may register for classes if there are openings(see calendar for registration dates).

Refund Policy

If you want a refund for a course you will not attend, please request it (in writing) from the Granville County Senior Center two weeks before the class begins. The participant will receive either a 100% account credit for another class or a refund less a $5.00 processing fee for each dropped course. Refunds for payments made by check cannot be processed for three weeks from date payment was made. Classes cancelled by the CLL will be credited or fully refunded. Membership fees are not refundable. Trip registrations are not refundable unless someone on a waitlist takes your spot.

We want CLL courses to be available to all who wish to participate. There are a limited number of need-based scholarships available. If you need financial help to attend CLL classes, contact Kathy May (919-693-1930) for application. All requests are confidential.
