If you are interested in making a reservation for the Granville County Expo and Convention Center, please follow these steps:
Step 1. Call the County Manager’s Office at 919-693-5240 to check to see if your date is available. The office hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Step 2. After date is confirmed by the County Manager’s Office, you must submit your payment and complete the rental agreement. Payments must be submitted within 48 hours of calling the County Manager’s Office to confirm availability of your date. Any online payments made over the weekend will NOT be approved until the following business day when potential renter has received confirmation from Patrice Wilkerson from Granville County Administration.
Accepted forms of payment include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and e-check. A convenience fee will apply to online payment. This fee is not collected by the County; it is a charge by the payment processing company. The following convenience fees apply:

*$1.95 minimum fee
Granville County does not accept partial payments for rental of the Granville County Expo and Convention Center. You must pay the deposit and rental fee in full in order to make a reservation. Listed below are the rental fees and cleaning deposit information:

Notice: Submitting a payment online IS NOT a reservation. You must call the County Manager’s Office to first make and confirm reservations.
Step 3. After payment has been submitted, you must complete the rental agreement. To view or print a PDF of the Granville County Expo and Convention Center Rental Agreement click here. Rental agreements must be submitted and confirmed by Patrice Wilkerson in Granville County Administration as part of the reservation process. Rental agreements can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or hand delivered to the County Manager’s Office located at 141 Williamsboro Street, Oxford, NC 27565. You will be notified by Patrice Wilkerson once your payment has been processed and rental agreement has been approved.
