At its regularly scheduled meeting on May 6, 2019, the Granville County Board of Commissioners made a final determination of total costs for street improvements made within the Fieldstone West Subdivision pursuant to Article 9, Chapter 153A of the North Carolina General Statutes for the following streets: Belmont Circle, West Stone Drive, and Stoneway Court. A preliminary assessment roll has been created and completed for the total costs for street improvements within the Fieldstone West Subdivision. The street improvements constituting the project included (i) Street construction, construction administration, engineering and inspection costs; (ii) Advertising costs; (iii) Mailing costs, and (iv) Legal costs. A hearing on the preliminary assessment roll will be held on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. or later in the Granville County Board of Commissioners Meeting Room in the Auditorium located at the Granville County Expo & Convention Center, 4185 US Hwy 15 South, Oxford, North Carolina 27565. The preliminary assessment roll is on file in the County Clerk’s office and is available for inspection during the normal business hours of the County Administration Building, i.e., Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
