Here are some snapshots of the group of dedicated pickleball players that came out to the Granville Athletic Park yesterday to try out the newly painted courts (thanks to Altec Industries!) and nets. Interested in playing pickleball at the GAP? Call 919-482-2560 or 919-693-3716 to set up a time. At this time, players must provide their own balls and paddles.
This project was a part of a partnership between the Granville County United Way and Granville County Government and Granville County Senior Services. Thank you to Altec for painting the lines, and to Granville County for purchasing the nets.
