The Granville County Board of Commissioners at their meeting on Monday, April 3, 2017 will hold a public hearing at 7:00 PM or later in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room in the Auditorium at the Granville Expo and Convention Center at 4185 US Highway 15 South, Oxford, N.C. 27565.
The purpose of the public hearing is to hear public comments on the following land development code text amendment petition:

AMENDMENT TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE (LDC) THAT WOULD ADD A NOTE REQUIREMENT ON PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT SPECIAL USE SITE PLANS AND ALL PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLATS OF THE EXISTENCE OF ANY VOLUNTARY AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT LOCATED WITHIN ONE MILE OF ANY PROPOSED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OR SUBDIVISION.
Changes may be made in the advertised proposal, which reflect debate, objections, and discussions at the hearing. Any interested citizen is invited to attend.
